Lois Delchar and her team Dawn and Adeola were really amazing. I was nervous but they made me feel so at ease and able to relax which helped me enormously. They explained everything to me before the procedure was done and I would highly recommend them. Lois explained to me what might happen after the procedure when I got home and I did not worry at all. Thank you so much for being so kind and considerate. I wish there were more people in the world caring like these 3 nurses were today. Thank you so much. Ann Guiney.

I thought Lois Delchair was very lovely and Freind nurse. Listened to me and made me feel at ease straight away. Along with two other nurses that were good. I thought get were professional and very caring. We need many more nurses like this who truly are good nurses and spend time with the patient. Highly recommend Lois again and hopefully if I go back to queens hospital and see her then would be happy. Claire Nott 42yrs old

Response from Mrs Lois Delchar

Thank you for your lovely feedback, it is always important to listen to the patient needs and concerns before going ahead with any procedure. In doing so, if I can gain their trust and encourage them to ask questions so that they understand the process it will help them to feel at ease.
